The gastronomy of Île-de-France

Already incredibly rich culturally and artistically speaking, the region Île-de-France is far from lacking of arguments in gourmet dining. This last, rocked by Paris, its quays, its beauty and its old quarters, vibrates the soul of the region in its traditional dishes and ingredients.

The gastronomy of the Île-de-France is fruity, thanks to the apple Faro, tangy trouble, but also to the Montmorency cherry. As for culinary markers, there is also, of course, Argenteuil asparagus and mushrooms of Paris, but also the wines of Île-de-France, Paris brie and bread.
