The gastronomy of the Rhone-Alpes region

Located on the borders of Switzerland and Italy, and crossed by the Rhone, the region does not miss assets: tourist, gastronomic and has several facets. Plains, mountains, lakes and iconic cities such as Lyon, no doubt that the sites are numerous.

Dining, if the sausage is king including Bresse poultry or offal preparations as « le tablier de sapeur » and « le sabodet »  a head  pork, specialties are plentiful and tasty.
