Owners description

Jean Luc and Pascal will welcome you warmly in the the heart of the picturesque village of Charolles nicknamed “Little Venice”, a perfect location to visit the Charolais region in Southern Burgundy.

The beautiful XVIIIth century property is situated near the church and along the river Arconce promenade, where nature lovers can stroll.
Keen travelers and Art objects collectors, Jean Luc and Pascal have renovated and given back this house its genuine character and style.
The warm-coloured rooms, combining vintage and modern quality furniture, are all decorated with taste.

Upon entering the property, you will discover a haven of peace and tranquility within an enchanting enclosed garden.
In the first part of the house, decorated and furnished with genuine antiques, two spacious and cosy ensuite rooms with the evocative names of “Fragonard” and “Chateaubriand” await you.
In the other part of the property, an old printing house, the “Diderot” duplex, nicely refurbished with contemporary fittings has direct access to a beautiful deck.
Breakfast will be served by Jean Luc and shared with the hosts in a friendly atmosphere, in the dining room or on the patio.

Don’t hesitate to ask them about gastronomy, history or places of interests as they are both passionate about their region!
