To the west of France, the Pays de la Loire region has five departments: Loire-Atlantique, Maine-et-Loire, Mayenne, Sarthe and Vendée. Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean, it is possible to visit many ports there, take advantage of several resorts and visit some of the castles of the Loire.

A bit of tourism ...
Le Pays de la Loire, it is of course its castles, starting for example from Brissac Castle, massive towers and its romantic inspiration park. The Chateau d'Angers, meanwhile, is located in the heart of the city. The imposing medieval fortress and its 17 towers were built by the young Saint-Louis in the thirteenth century, on the border of his kingdom.
The "Pays de la Loire" is also the salt marshes, including those of Noirmoutier and Guérande, forming a mosaic of 2,000 hectares of canals and ponds. The region is fortunate to also offer many natural sites of forests, nature reserves, but also impressive ornithological sites.
