Between La Rochelle and Rochefort, 10 kilometers from the sea, the place is serene and offers many places where privacy is preserved, such as terraces, the pool or the spa.
Further, in Charente, specifically in Nersac, the Château de la Mothe Charente which dates from the eighteenth century offers a 7-hectare park near Angouleme, Bordeaux, Poitiers and La Rochelle.
