  • The magnificent and wonderfully renovated 18th-century bourgeois-style house is a former shipowner’s house. It is situated in La Rochelle in Charente Maritime in the Poitou Charentes region.
  • With its excellent location in the heart of the historic centre of La Rochelle, you are close to the old harbour, 600 metres from the beach and near the Ile de Ré and the Ile d’Aix.
  • The bedrooms are very attractive because of the soothing effect of their Zen side and their comfort. They all have direct access to the garden and are located on the 1st and 2nd floor with elevator. The “Insolite” , a vaulted cellar on the garden level converted into a bedroom, has the added advantage of having a private terrace. The right place for romance!
  • Common spaces are fitted out for your comfort: patio, terraces. You will love the lovely, beautifully laid-out flower garden away from view .

Everything takes place within the walls of this superb house. Once you cross the door, the tone is set and you will be immediately charmed.
The atmosphere of the house, the quietness of the place, the serenity of the garden, the availability and kindness of Patricia and Patrick will meet your expectations.
