Between the old villages of Saint-Paul de Vence and Haut de Cagnes, Le Mas du Chanoine, our charming and prestigious guesthouse is located un the very heart of the French Riviera, less than 10 minutes away from the beaches of Antibes or Cagnes. You will rest and relax In this exceptional location in a blossomed garden or near the swimming pool.

We offer three sophisticated suites along with a luxurious service. Located in the main part of the house, every one of them has its own independent direct access. Spacious and comfortable, they are decorated with good taste with the provencal tradition in mind.

The oldest part of the country house was built in the seventeenth century.

In the eighteenth, this house was a coaching inn where stagecoaches swapped horses on their way from Nice to Grasse. They took the hills of the Hauts Caucours in Cagnes-sur-Mer, followed the ridge road through Vence and Tourettes-sur-Loup, to reach Grasse, the perfume city.

The real estate property, which included several acres was then operated as a vineyard until 1945. Canon Brunner acquired it in 1919, and gave his name to the property.

It was later sold to a farmer who cultivated roses and dianthus until 1960, when it became a residence of charm with its old floor tiles, its thick walls, ceilings, exposed beams and stained glass windows signed by renown artists.
