Close to a lovely and authentic hamlet in Provence, on an exceptional beauty spot, surrounded by cherry trees and vineyards, “la Bastide de Cassiopée”, a former silkworm breeding from the XVIIIth century, has been restored at the end of the 90′s, then reorganized out in 2006, by the present landlord.
J.P Dupre is delighted to receive you.
A terrace shaded by a bicentenary plane tree, a garden and a big swimming pool will allow you to rest in front of Luberon and of the Hills of Vaucluse on a country landscape.
You can enjoy breakfast in the garden, facing the nature with the backdrop of the village of Gordes.
Inside
The interior of La Bastide de Cassiopée was restructured taking into account the architectural elements, in particular the different volumes of each piece. The general atmosphere is based on a finely shaded mix of antique and design furniture following the owners during all their moves.
As for the lounge bar of mind “1930′s”, it receives different works evoking the passion of the occupants for the artists of the 30-50′s and also for ocean regatta.
