Our meals are prepared with local produce purchased from local artisans and producers selected for the way they work and the quality of raw materials.

Dinner and Evening meal (main course + salad + cheese and / or dessert) 20 euros / person, not including drinks. According 
to the wishes of the guests and their number, possibility of individual tables. Remember to specify. 
Children under 8 years: 10 euros 
Selection of wines of Auvergne on our wine list of the moment. Possibility to take your aperitif in the vaulted living room before 
dinner (appetizers and rates menu). 
Only with reservation, we offer a dinner at Mansion on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and some Friday night (other nights contact 
us). 
Example menu (served for the whole table set in advance and capable of modifications): 
Sunday: Truffade served with ham or sausage with onions according to mood and availability 
Tuesday: Pie or Tart pounti Auvergnate 
Saturday: Allier Poultry accommodated by season 
Friday: Flat "market" velvety example and brioche with pork scratchings, beef carrots, pie, green lentils from Puy. 
For smaller appetites or late arrivals, discover our cheese plate and charcuterie Auvergne at 30 euros. (Book in advance, subject 
to availability). Drinks not included. 
Overnight (evening dinner, drinks not included, night and breakfast) from 110 to 135 euros / pers according to Sunday evening 
room category to Thursday night in off season. Contact us for availability in high season and weekends.
